Only 1 point on Weight Watchers. The mango is my favorite flavor. The only complaint I have is that it's a little too sweet. Sometimes I mix a little plain yogurt in it to cut the sweetness a bit. These are shelf-stable until opened so I just keep one in the fridge to have ready.

The mango oasis flavor Lightful Smoothie makes a great, quick breakfast. I also keep one in my car for a quick lunch. It is best poured over ice so it is nice and cold. It is a healthy alternative to fast food when "on the road".

This is a "de-lightfull" product! Not only does it have protein and fiber, and provides a full feeling, the taste is so good. It's more like having a treat! I highly recommend this flavor!

The Mango Oasis smoothie is pretty delicious. This is my backup choice to my personal favorite, cafe latte. These things are great, they should be in supermarkets everywhere.
