If you are an O Positive blood type and eat according to that this product is fabulous and healthy. A very tastey and easy way to start the day.
Kind Bars - Best Bars May 4, 2008

Hi,
My husband has a gluten allergy. He cannot eat anything that contains wheat of any kind. I've ordered and purchased snack bars of all kinds for the past three (3) years. A friend of his found Kind Bars at a grocery store while on a fihing trip. They were both very excited that it was so tasty and made of all natural and great ingredients.
Of course, I had to find them in quantity on the internet. Amazon Grocery has many items that are hard to find and many items in larger quantities. There they were! I set up a monthly delivery.
Then, I tried one. The are terrific! I have a hard time staying away from his supply. They are wonderful for people with food allergies, a great snack for busy moms or people on the go and would probably be great for teens.
All the varieties have NUTS, so small children or people with nut allergies need to be careful.

I keep one in my purse, a few in the car. The walnut-date flavor is my favorite, followed by the coconut-almond. The texture is chewy and not too hard or crunchy (the coconut bar is crunchy). Very tasty; just wish the ingredients were organic.
