4 out of 5 stars Yummy Polenta   January 28, 2008

This is the first polenta that I've actually tried, which is why I didn't feel justified giving it 5 stars, since I have nothing to compare it to. I love the fact that this product is organic, and is labeled gluten free (since my boyfriend has celiac's disease--I wish more products were labeled this way). The polenta is creamy and tasty. I'd recommend cooking it much longer than the directions suggest, as the added cooking time allows the flavors to develop.

5 out of 5 stars Great for Camping!   September 10, 2007

Delicious polenta, quick and very easy to cook. We enjoyed it with garlic, olive oil, basil, and sundried tomatoes, and formed the leftovers into patties the next morning which we fried in butter. A tasty, rib-sticking treat!

5 out of 5 stars Outstanding Taste and Texture   September 5, 2007

This is the best polenta I have ever had bar none. I originally tried it because I review products for a health magazine. This is the only edible product that received a 10. (out of 10). Preparation is a snap, taste, color, and texture are superb, and it makes the best corn bread and corn pudding you will ever have. This product is the quality you would expect experiencing at a gourmet restaurant.

5 out of 5 stars great great great polenta   February 16, 2007

smooth, great mouth feel, taste, easy to prepare, works well in cornmeal muffins and other baking. Best polenta I've ever had. If you like polenta you should really try this because this is not just another polenta.

This is made with long cycle corn which takes longer to grow, is not genetically modified, has less starch, and makes a better polenta.

Long cycle corn is closer to what original corn used to be before it was bred to grow quick. This corn is only able to grow in a few parts of the world. This particular corn is grown in Argentina in view of the Andes Mountains.
