Family and friends can't tell the differnce between this and wheat pasta. It's great and reheats well.

I highly recommend this pasta. And I love being able to buy the organic in bulk quantities since the stores seldom have more than four packages at a time!!
This pasta has a wonderful texture and taste. My husband is vegan and has a gluten allergy. This pasta fills our needs for everything that you would use standard wheat pasta in: Pasta salads, pasta with pesto, pasta with tomato sauce and our favorite, Mac and Cheeseless casserole. Tinyada doesn't get mushy like other rice pastas. I have used both the organic and regular and have been equally satisfied, buy prefer to buy organic if at all possible.
I can highly recommend this product as a cook of more than fifty years!

This is a good product. If you have to eat gluten free, this is a must.
