I found this to be an extrememly tasty and satisfying product.
My only slight complaint would be that I needed to cook it about three
more minutes than called for on the box. It's a very versatile product
and can be eaten as a cold salad or hot dish, with the addition of various ingredients. Nice to find a company that caters to gluten-free
diets.

My 2 1/2 year old is allergic to wheat and these pasta spirals have been a great alternative to traditional pasta. She gobbles 'em up! I cook them in the microwave for 10 minutes in salted water. I have used these in recipes also and they have worked well.
