Vegan. Organic. Three separate crisp wafers stacked in each package. Similar to peanut brittle, but with the smaller sesame seeds. A great vegan crunchy treat and not overly sweet. Can repackage using snack zip bags if you want to split the package into multiple servings. This review is out there for those for whom this makes a difference. The Askri Organics Sesame Bars with Date Syrup is a great snack or meal substitute! I carry one in my purse for that time when I can not find anything to eat while out running errands or on a trip out of town. The bars are healthy and tasty as well.
