My family likes this product as a side dish with fish or chicken. Good, nutty flavor, great Bob's organic quality as always. We use a lot of Bob's products, and it's much cheaper to purchase them in bulk at Amazon than at our local grocery store. I've also used this combined with chickpeas to make my own falafel from time to time.

I love to make kasha stuffed cabbage rolls and was having trouble finding kasha in the store so I bought this. Excellent quality, price and best of all delivered to my door!

Better than Wolff's Kasha. I grew up eating Kasha and it is an easy to prepare healthy meal. Bob's Red Mill has a great selection of all things GRAIN. If you are ever in the Portland area you should check out the store/restaurant. Great vegetarian selections as well as meat eater stuff.

This Kasha tastes good,it cooks great in my rice cooker,it's great with milk as morning cereal(AND BETTER FOR YOU) and I feed it to my son who loves it.
Great product.
