I used better batter to make a german chocolate cake and it turned out great. I sat down to eat a piece of the cake after the rest of my family had tried it and my son said "hey, you can't eat that." They were all fooled that it was gluten free and they loved it too. I have used this as a replacement in a number of other recipes and they have all turned out great. I have not tried it in bread yet.
