These are gluten free which is great for my wife and kids. They are very tasty which is good for all of us. They have a respectable amount of protein for being non-meat. They're sweet, but not TOO sweet. I tend to get sleepy after eating any refined sugar and Bumble Bars rarely have that effect on me.
They also have a more cinnamon flavored bar which is a good contract to the normal bars which are a little more nutty flavored.
These have large quantities of sesamie seeds, so avoid them if you're sensitive to sesamie.
