I found these bars to be tasty and totally satisfying. I did refrigerated them when I received them in order to help keep them fresh. The fact that they contained Omega 3 oils (the nuts) was a factor in my decision to try them. I used them at work and home as a healthy snack alternative and would definitely purchase them again.

This review applies to the On-the-trail Mix only. It is a 1.75 ounce (50 gram) bar, and is a little more expensive than some other bars. It has an average flavor; composed of raisins, dates, walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, and sea salt. One bar has 200 calories with 9 grams vegetable fat, 9 grams natural sugars, 5 grams protein, and 2 grams fiber. Expiration date was approximately 6 months from the date received. Refrigeration is recommended to extend the shelf life.
