4 out of 5 stars Tasty, but pricey   June 15, 2008
Wantz Upon A Time Reviews (Chicago)

I think these things taste great, for GF food. I just found out that I have a ton of food allergies, including wheat, oats, quinoa, dairy, yeast, and I was so worried that I'd go hungry!

I'm a picky eater, so I was happily surprised to like these. The filling can taste strong, but it's not a bad thing.

I just wish it didn't cost so much. All of this stuff is expensive. I can't imagine what we'd do if we weren't lucky enough to have a few extra dollars (but not much) to spend on GFCF foods.

I'm going to try my daughter on this diet for her autism. Keep your fingers crossed!

5 out of 5 stars think gluten free   October 16, 2007

I found these bars to be great. i have purchased them often.

I feel You have to evaluate based on what is available gluten-free and not based on what non-gluten free bars taste like. They are completely different worlds.
having been allergic to many foods my whole life, i feel it's like trying to compare apples to oranges--they are completely different.

2 out of 5 stars Terrible texture. Overpriced for what you get.   August 23, 2007

I think Glutino needs to work out the kinks on their bars. The texture is unappetizing and there's little chocolate to taste. They look sizable on the box, but they're dinky little bars. And only five to a box. For that price? No thanks.

5 out of 5 stars Thumbs up from my 3 year old   November 25, 2006

I haven't personally eaten these, but my 3 year old is in the process of going completely gluten free. (And dairy, egg and yeast free, yikes!) I bought these last week, and he LOVES them. Just wish they weren't so expensive compared to non GFCF equivalents. Thank goodness for Amazon!
