I bought this bars few days ago. Before buying them I tried calling Ruth and left a message and nobody returned my call.
I tried the bars a couple of times and both nights I itched all night long. I stopped eating the bars and the itching stopped. As you may be aware, flax can go rancid pretty quickly and thats what I think had happened. I am also not crazy about the taste.

I just received this in the mail and I am pleased with the taste and nutritional value. I will most likely be eating these in the morning in order to start my day. The bars are a mixture of seeds, fruit, and some nuts. All Natural ingredients which is what I feel safe eating. I like them.
