I love this cereal. As a celiac, I can't have anything w/ wheat, barley, rye, or malt. Try to find a cereal w/o these ingredients. This cereal is like $5.00 in the store. Buying it thru Amazon in a lot of 7 boxes (which eventually get eaten!) saved me LOTS of $$!!

Rice Crunch-ems sounds like a kiddy cereal but I found it really works for adults who want a rice-based cereal that is not made with gluten products even though it is made on equipment that handles gluten.
Tastes great; priced right and ships free. Still can't figure out why it is packaged in 7's while the Corn Crunch-ems is packed in 14's.

Having to be on a gluten free diet is not fun, and finding food that tastes good is often a challange. This cereal is not only good tasting, but being able to find it on Amazon and being able to purchase it at less than you pay in the stores is a real bonus! I would recommend this cereal not only to those on a special diet but to those who aren't.
