I made this in my bread machine. It smelled great, but was very dense and just not good. My 7yo who is gluten free would not eat it.

This bread is absolutely wonderful hot out of the offen. The flavor and texture are perfect. I add extra raisins and cinnamon to the dough, which is very easy to make. It is not as good after cooling, though. I think it is better toasted when it is a day or so old.

This mix iis about half the price I can find iit in stores. A bit different texture, but very good.

This bread is very dry. I won't buy it again. The flavor is not bad, but I'd rather buy Pamela's Bread mix and throw in my own cinnamon and raisins. I've even made cinnamon bread from scratch that was more moist than this.
