Hard to make in bread machine. May 7, 2007

It's hard to find a dark gluten-free bread, so I thought this would be a good treat for my daughter. But it's been difficult adapting this mix to my bread machine. It may not rise enough and then the bread is too dense. Try making muffins instead - they come out much better.
