Not a bad alternative for gluten free September 30, 2008 T. DELUCA (San Antonio, TX) I bought this for my 4 y/o who is GFCF but he will not eat it at all but due to other allergies, sauces are out and limited to oil and salt to taste. However, my hubby and I eat it and it tastes fine to us and has great nutritional benefits. My 1 y/o and 2 y/o will eat it as well!
deliciosa August 1, 2008 Valerie Dean (pelham, new york) For those who are gluten sensitive or simply want a more nutritious pasta that is easily digestible, this is the one. I highly recommend this product and am grateful that Amazon carries it since it can be difficult to find.
Great for gluten-free diet October 31, 2007 Anatoly Shchemelinin (CA USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This pasta is not at all regular pasta: it does not tastes that good and it is much more expensive. But, it's nutritional value is uncomparable with normal and even whole wheat pasta. And, for ones who have to stay away from gluten or wheat, this pasta would be the perfect substitute.
great taste, great price! September 5, 2007 B. Pumper 1 out of 1 found this review helpful

Great Stuff March 21, 2007 Victor da la Tnalag 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
As a longterm buckwheat fan I was thrilled to find an inexpensive way to eat more of it. Compared to the Japanese real buckwheat noodles these are a steal. My son loves it, my daughter won't eat it. Go figure..
