 Not a bad alternative for gluten free September 30, 2008

I bought this for my 4 y/o who is GFCF but he will not eat it at all but due to other allergies, sauces are out and limited to oil and salt to taste. However, my hubby and I eat it and it tastes fine to us and has great nutritional benefits. My 1 y/o and 2 y/o will eat it as well!

For those who are gluten sensitive or simply want a more nutritious pasta that is easily digestible, this is the one. I highly recommend this product and am grateful that Amazon carries it since it can be difficult to find.

This pasta is not at all regular pasta: it does not tastes that good and it is much more expensive. But, it's nutritional value is uncomparable with normal and even whole wheat pasta. And, for ones who have to stay away from gluten or wheat, this pasta would be the perfect substitute.

As a longterm buckwheat fan I was thrilled to find an inexpensive way to eat more of it. Compared to the Japanese real buckwheat noodles these are a steal. My son loves it, my daughter won't eat it. Go figure..
