Easy to understand - good value June 17, 2008

This is a great set when you're just getting started. The workbook that comes with it is very conversational, and even kind of funny at times. It's easy to understand and (most importantly) DO!! There are very helpful charts and lists to track how things are going, help with menus plans, etc, but my favorite part is probably these little plastic wallet cards that came with the kit - they have a list of "bad" foods for the gluten-free, casein-free diet. I take them with me shopping. I wish that I could order more of the cards...they're great. Of course, nothing about having an autistic child is easy, but this kit made me feel like I could at least DO SOMETHING!
