This is a great tasting drink. I use it as a protein drink after heavy workouts or as a meal replacement (with a piece of fruit) or as a mid-afternoon snack. Only downside is price: Over $2.00 a bottle.

Mix1 is the best drink out there for athletes. My wife and I use it as a nutritional, filling, meal-replacement during the day. It's only 200 calories, packed with vitamins and minerals, 15 grams of protein and it tastes good. Really. We're hooked. We buy it in bulk. Trust me, you're going to love it.
