Unlike earlier reviewers, I received the correct product -- and what a great product it is. Quinoa flour is the best weapon in the gluten-free baker's arsenal, and I have been extremely pleased with the quality of this particular product. It is evenly milled and seems quite fresh. Amazon's price is the best I've found, too.

As the previous reviewer indicated, this product's Amazon label is pasted on the box of Bob's Red Mill Creamy Buckwheat. I contacted them twice and they still send me the same Buckwheat.
Please fix this problem.

Amazon has sent this item to me twice now, and both times they sent me a box of the Creamy Buckwheat. The bar code label on the top of the box says quinoa flour, so it must be a problem in their wharehouse. I hope they fix it so I can eventually order this.
