Not only is this mix excellent for a gluten-free mix, it is definetly tastier than most wheat mixes! Very good consistency, easy to make, delicious - it's got it all.

I LOVE this product. I baked the cake, let it cool, and wrapped it well and then I froze it for a month. I thawed the cake in the fridge and then tried it. It was WONDERFUL! Not only did the cake taste better than alot of the wheat flour based cakes I have eaten in the past, it tasted fresh after being frozen for a month.
I would definately purchase this product again.
